Fountain attack leaves it foaming (St Albans Observer)
COUNCIL workers have urged shops to stop selling detergent to children, after the Parkway fountain was vandalised twice. A large quantity of detergent was poured into the Coronation Fountain in Welwyn Garden City last week causing it to fill with foam, with the wind spreading it across the park.
