Council chiefs are correcting a blunder which left taxi drivers in Cambridge exposed to potential prosecution for 23 years. Incorrect Certificate of Compliances (CoC), or taxi MoTs, were issued to drivers for more than 20 years by Cambridge City Council, the licensing authority.
