A COUNCIL has agreed to loan 120,000 to a private company to help with the revamp of a 87-year-old cinema in Bury St Edmunds. The money is to be lent by St Edmundsbury Borough Council to City Screen Ltd, the company behind The Picturehouse, in Hatter Street.
