AMBITIOUS plans to revamp Burges and Ironmonger Row in the city centre look set to be given the go ahead by councillors next week. The council has drawn up 3.6 million plans to close Ironmonger Row to traffic, pedestrianise Cross Cheaping and create a new public square behind Primark.
